    Your yoga session will only be you and the instructor. This allows our instructor to better able correct your form and help you personally with any modifications you may need.

    Every pose will have the ability to be modified to a chair. This type of yoga is the most inclusive here in Pearland. Not only will you get the benefits of a traditional yoga class, but you will enjoy your experience as well. You will build strength, endurance, and flexibility, and increase your energy.
