I began having discomfort in my low back when lifting at the gym, which progressively worsened into pain with sitting and walking. Becoming Dr. James Poenitzsch’s patient was the best decision I could have ever made as he was instantly able to find the root of the problem with my back. After a couple of months of physical therapy, I went from being a young person in his 20s with what felt like debilitating back pain to finally being able to work out at the gym with no pain at all. I actually began to lift heavier than I did previously and am now able to squat 315 lbs with ease. If I ever need physical therapy again, I know exactly who to go to and will always recommend Dr. James.

I had a severe infection in my bicep and shoulder that required surgery and then months of physical therapy. Dr. James and Dr. Molly were fantastic, they took the time to get to know my needs, and helped me through my therapy in a positive and friendly way. We worked hard, but I enjoyed every minute, they helped me get back to a normal life! I highly recommend them both.

Extremely impressed by this practice. I was told I needed surgery for a nerve issue, but before I spent the money for that, Dr. James Poenitzsch advised PT could be a solution. Sure enough, after just 2 weeks I was feeling the difference and after a few more weeks the pain went away thanks to his work. I also did this through telehealth sessions in the convenience of my own home, and it was extremely easy to use just by clicking a single link in an email. James articulated and describe the motions and positions very well and was able to demonstrate over the camera exactly what to do. James, Molly, and their staff were very professional, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by his front office staff as well, they did an excellent job with communication and were very kind. I would highly recommend this practice for any PT services!

I am so glad I chose Live to Move for post shoulder surgery rehab. I work with Dr. James and he is fantastic! He is extremely personable and keeps you engaged throughout all of your sessions.
