Personal training at Live to Move will help you no matter what. Feel confident that you will get quality one-on-one training while minimizing your risk of injury. 

Exercise programs customized to fit your individual needs could include:

  • Strength training with free weights, resistance bands, cable machine, body weight 

  • Cardiovascular and muscular endurance utilizing circuits, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

  • Plyometrics 

You will receive also receive a home exercise routine to continue your progress while away from us.

Our Strength and Conditioning Trainer is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy so we can ensure that you will be safe during your time at Live to Move.

These are some of the things sport specific training can do for you! Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are trained to find areas of weakness and mobility deficits in the body. Our certification in strength & conditioning training boosts our knowledge in your competition training.

How long is a session?

A session will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour
