We devote 1 full hour one-on-one sessions with your therapist for each of your appointments.

Manual Therapy
The doctor of physical therapy uses their own hands or tools to perform techniques to the body to help relieve pain, improve mobility, calm down the nervous system, etc.
Dry Needling
The use of solid, filiform "dry" needle without medication or injection. The fine needle is inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle to relieve pain.
Therapeutic Taping
Application of elastic tape to facilitate healing by improving blood flow and lymphatic drainage while also providing support and stability without impairing range of motion.
Spinal Manipulation
A manual therapy technique in which a doctor of physical therapy performs a high-velocity low-amplitude thrust manipulation to the spine to reduce pain and improve mobility.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
The use of an instrument or tool to help mobilize soft tissue including muscle, tendon, fascia, and scar tissue to promote healing and pain relief.
Therapeutic Exercise
The specific dosing of movement and load to mechanically sensitive tissues to promote healing through adaptation to imposed demands.
