What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy (PT) uses specially designed exercises and techniques to help you alleviate pain, restore physical function and mobility, and facilitate physical activity.
We devote 1 full hour one-on-one sessions with your therapist for each of your appointments.
You have the option to be paired with the same therapist for each of your appointments for effectiveness and to develop a trustworthy relationship.
Everything we do is with a purpose and proven to be effective. We won't waste your time with modalities or treatments that don't work.
Benefits of Physical Therapy:
Prevent disability or surgery
