What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy (PT) uses specially designed exercises and equipment to help you alleviate pain, restore physical function and mobility, and encourage physical activity.
We devote 1 full hour one-on-one sessions with your therapist for each of your appointments.
You will be paired with the same therapist for each of your appointments for effectiveness and to develop a trustworthy relationship.
Everything we do is with a purpose and proven to be effective. We won't waste your time with modalities or treatments that don't work.
Benefits of Physical Therapy:
Prevent disability or surgery
Improve and restore strength, flexibility and movement
Recover from injury, trauma, or surgery
Rehab after stroke, accident, or paralysis
